"First of all, I hate dealing with anything to do with money or numbers so I dreaded my meeting with Robin from the git-go but when you are a grown up - you have to do grown up things... Wow! I couldn't have been more wrong! Even though I didn't think I would understand a thing we were supposed to be discussing, Robin explained things in a way that made sense to me - simply! She used practical examples to illustrate how claims and coverage work. She guided me through the whole process with her kind and gentle spirit and a lot of chuckles.
