"My vehicle broke down on me about 150 miles from home on a Sunday. State Farm dispatch kept me updated and checked in on me beginning with the question "Are you safe?" I finally got a tow for my oversized vehicle the following morning. When I contacted my local State Farm Team Keenan took over assistance with the claims department and Andrea helped me connect with all the right teams to complete the process. The team was more than very helpful with logistics and process. They demonstrated repeatedly that they cared. I was very comforted throughout the process by a sense that someone really cared about what was happening. THANK YOU Keenan and Andrea for the followup support. "I feel really good about my visit in to Robin at State Farm. I increased my coverage a bit based on the recommendation. The info was presented in an easy way for me to take in, and I didn’t feel pressured to over-insure or anything like that. I considered the small changes and determined them to be in my best interest! Will definitely continue with State Farm as I believe the protection is worth the cost. "First of all, I hate dealing with anything to do with money or numbers so I dreaded my meeting with Robin from the git-go but when you are a grown up - you have to do grown up things... Wow!
